My contemporary painting is a mixed bouquet of summer and spring flowers arranged in a decorative vase. The focus is the beauty of nature in form, style and color. The background is dark to contrast and enhance, the bright, colorful flowers in all their splendor. This original still life was done in remembrance of the great dutch masters of magnificent still life paintings. I am sad to say it was stolen from an art distributor in Connecticut, USA.
