IRELAND- landmark - The Gap of Dunloe, is in Beauford, Killarney, Co. Kerry, Ireland. The view with the famous "V" gap, is majestic and breathtaking, a place you never want to leave. The countryside abounds with fluffy white and black grazing sheep, lazy spotted cows and handsome white horses. An unforgettable vista among the many emerald green hues of Ireland.
I painted many, consecutive thin glazes of greens, yellows, purples and blues to achieve the various shades of green. A Scotsman asked my friend to describe Ireland and she responded "Green".

Fortunately, this is a REAL PLACE, zero fantasy....located 14 miles outside of Killarney...beautifully maintained, shrubs, flowers, plants, emerald green grass, and animals, sheep, palominos, etc. - 5 star hotel. Thanks for you kind comments
